IST has been developing unique card production technology and processes with various card materials, producing both the card and personalization through IST unique smart card personalization and production line. The 8-card core layer (with inlay embedded) material used can be PVC, PETG, Teslin, PC etc.  The card surface layer is transparent A4 size PET with one-side polymer coated, which can then be color laser printed and laminated with the core layer material.
